24 hours notice is required if unable to keep your appointment
a cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply charged to a credit card or deducted from your gift certificate
all spa services require a credit card or gift certificate # when booking appointment
Also a 20% gratuity will be charged to all parties of 4 or more
